These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time, and users are invited to consult them regularly. The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, One Peak Agency may interrupt access for technical maintenance and will, where possible, give advance notice of any such interruption. The website is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel. One Peak Agency cannot be held responsible for any material damage related to the use of the website. Users undertake to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment and an up-to-date browser.

One Peak Agency holds the intellectual property and usage rights to all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software.
