Why One Peak exists
One Peak started from a pattern we kept seeing: capable founders held back by products that were harder to use, ship, or maintain than they should have been.
Sometimes that means an idea that needs scope before anyone builds. Sometimes it means an AI-generated prototype that looked promising, then started breaking as soon as real users or real workflows touched it.
We chose to work differently. Fewer clients, deeper collaboration, practical tradeoffs. Every founder we work with gets direct product and engineering attention instead of a handoff-heavy process.
