Background
Alliance Medical France buys, sells, and services new and refurbished medical equipment, imaging systems, endoscopy, cardiology, gynecology, dental, and ENT, for healthcare professionals across France. The business itself was solid. The website was not doing its job: it wasn't indexed on Google, the admin backend was fragile, and there was no real path from a product page to a qualified lead.
What we did
We treated this as a growth engagement, not a redesign for its own sake.
Site foundations. We secured the site, rebuilt the entire administrative backend, and fixed the underlying issues that kept it out of Google's index in the first place. A site nobody can find doesn't matter how good the product catalog looks.
Product catalog and design. We rebuilt the products section end to end and reworked several page designs so the catalog actually represents what the business sells: new and reconditioned equipment across six specialties.
SEO strategy and content. We ran a full keyword research pass across the product categories and rewrote the site's copywriting around what buyers actually search for. We added a blog with SEO-optimized articles, giving the site a content engine instead of a handful of static pages.
Lead workflow. We rebuilt the path from interest to sale: a visitor finds a product, contacts the team directly, and that inquiry now flows into the CRM instead of getting lost in an inbox.
Paid acquisition. We built two dedicated landing pages for upcoming Google Ads campaigns, one for buyers, one for sellers, so each side of the business gets a page built around its own intent instead of sharing a generic homepage.
Results
The site went from not indexed at all to real, growing organic visibility in a matter of weeks.
- 645 clicks in the last 28 days, up 451%
- 20.6K impressions, up 300%
- Ranking in the top 2 for the brand's primary keyword and top 4 for a second, both previously not indexed
- New queries appearing in Search Console that didn't exist before, including transactional searches like "reprise matériel médical d'occasion" and "rachat matériel médical"
- The rebuilt product page for equipment buybacks is now the single largest driver of clicks, up 286%
Our take
Most of the visible work here, the new product pages, the blog, the design pass, doesn't matter if the site underneath it can't be found. We started with the foundation: security, indexing, and a working admin, before touching anything visual. That order is why the growth numbers showed up as fast as they did.
The next phase is paid: two intent-specific landing pages are going live with Google Ads campaigns to convert the traffic this SEO work is now generating.
